Cyber Skills is a highly focused, collaborative initiative addressing skill shortages in the field of cyber security in Ireland.

MTU has partnered with leading cyber security experts from Ireland's top universities, Virginia’s Commonwealth Cyber Initiative based at Virginia Tech in the US, and industry partners to design targeted upskilling/reskilling pathways that address the urgent cyber security needs in the workplace.

These pioneering programmes will produce workplace ready graduates with the exact qualifications and skills required by industry.

These enterprise focussed programmes incorporate full online delivery using Ireland's first publicly available Cyber Range, allowing learners to test their new skills in a controlled environment. Programmes will address national and regional skills shortages in this rapidly changing technological landscape. There is also the flexibility to choose individual modules to suit your skills needs or a specifically designed pathway leading to a qualification.
