The Certificate in Designing Innovative Services is now open for applications for Semester 2 2018.

The Certificate consists of 2 modules;

Design Thinking Seminar Series

Design Thinking for Services.

Each module has its own distinct delivery modes and evaluation methods. The programme is delivered during semester 2 in CIT, with the programme commencing on the week beginning January 29th, 2018.

The experience of the programme revolves around 4 key elements:

1. The online delivery of the weekly seminar series,
2. The 4 Saturday workshops,
3. The assessments, and
4. Access to Service Design expertise
