CIT students in conjunction with Keelings Fruits worked on a Marketing communications plan. Lisa Scannell, Marketing Communications Lecturer here at Cork Institute of Technology worked with the students to help them come up with a communications plan for Keelings Fruits. The innovative ideas displayed at their showcase highlighted how the students are supported in their creative thinking.
